Getting Started on Wholeding — A Provider's Guide
Your complete guide to setting up your Wholeding provider account and going live.
Welcome to Wholeding
Congratulations on joining Wholeding! This guide walks you through every step of setting up your provider account, from your first sign-in to receiving your first booking.
Step 1: Sign In with Your Wholeding Account
You'll receive an invitation email with a link to sign in. Use your @wholeding.eu Google account to sign in — this is the same account you'll use for Google Meet sessions with clients.
Step 2: Accept Terms & Conditions
Review and accept our provider terms of service. This covers your responsibilities as a provider, including maintaining professional standards, responding to bookings promptly, and adhering to our cancellation policy.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
This is where you make a great first impression. You'll need to:
- Upload a profile photo — Choose a professional, friendly photo. Our team will review it (this happens in the background, so you can continue).
- Set your timezone — This ensures your availability is shown correctly to clients in different time zones.
- Write your short bio (150 characters) — This appears on provider cards when clients browse. Make it count!
- Write your full bio — This appears on your full profile page. Share your background, approach, and what clients can expect.
Step 4: Review & Confirm
Take a moment to review all your information — your name, credentials, specializations, languages, and bios. Once you're happy, confirm and proceed.
Step 5: Connect Stripe
You'll be redirected to Stripe to set up your payment account. This is how you'll receive payouts for completed sessions. You'll need your bank details and a form of ID. Read our detailed Stripe guide for more information.
Step 6: Connect Google Calendar
Once your profile is complete and Stripe is connected, head to Provider Settings → Google Calendar and click Connect Google Calendar. This lets Wholeding automatically create calendar events and Google Meet links when clients book with you. Read our detailed Google Calendar guide for step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting.
Step 7: Set Your Availability
Go to Availability from your dashboard and set your weekly schedule. Without availability, clients won't be able to find you in our matching system. Read the availability guide for tips on setting recurring slots and managing time off.
You're Live!
Once these steps are complete, your account is active and clients can start booking with you. Check the "Getting Started" checklist on your dashboard to confirm you haven't missed anything.
