Getting Started

Wholeding is a platform that matches you with the right mental health provider based on your needs, preferences, and goals. Take our matching questionnaire and we'll recommend providers who are the best fit for you.
The questionnaire asks you about your goals, preferences, and what you're looking for in a provider. Based on your answers, we recommend providers who specialise in areas relevant to you.
No. Wholeding is a matching platform that connects you with independent mental health providers. The providers are licensed professionals who offer their services through the platform.
You can browse provider profiles without an account, but you'll need to create one to complete the matching questionnaire and book sessions.

Booking & Sessions

After completing the matching questionnaire, browse your recommended providers, select one, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Your provider will review your booking request within 48 hours. Once confirmed, your card is charged and you'll receive a Google Meet link and calendar invite.
Sessions are conducted via Google Meet video call. You'll receive a link in your confirmation email and calendar invite. Sessions are typically 50 minutes.
Yes. Go to your dashboard to manage your bookings. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are fully refunded. You may also request a refund within 48 hours after the scheduled session completion time.

Payments & Pricing

Session prices are set by each provider and displayed on their profile. You'll see the exact price before booking.
Your card is authorized when you submit a booking request. You're only charged once the provider confirms your session. If declined, the authorization is released.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session are automatically refunded. After a session has taken place, you can request a refund within 48 hours of the scheduled completion time by contacting support. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partner, Stripe.

Privacy & Safety

Yes. We take your privacy seriously and comply with GDPR regulations. Your personal data is encrypted and never shared with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Providers can see a summary of your matching preferences to prepare for your session, but not the raw questionnaire responses.
You can request account deletion from your dashboard settings. We'll process your request in accordance with GDPR requirements. All personal data will be permanently removed.
Sessions use Google Meet, which provides end-to-end encryption for secure video calls.

You can retake the matching questionnaire at any time to find a different provider. If you have specific concerns, contact us at support@wholeding.eu.
Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. If the issue persists, email us at support@wholeding.eu with a description of the problem and any screenshots.
If you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services (112 in the EU). Wholeding is a matching platform and does not provide crisis intervention. For mental health crisis support, please reach out to your local crisis helpline.
