1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Wholeding, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Wholeding provides an online platform connecting clients with licensed mental health providers via video sessions. We facilitate the connection between clients and providers but do not provide mental health services directly.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Provider Obligations

Mental health providers on our platform are independent professionals responsible for maintaining their own licenses, insurance, and compliance with professional standards in their jurisdiction.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for sessions is processed through our secure payment system. A hold is placed on your card at the time of booking, and you are charged once the provider confirms. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. Post-session refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled session completion time.

6. Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. After a session has taken place, refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled completion time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wholeding is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided by mental health professionals on our platform. We provide the platform 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where our company is registered.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
